The Ofcom Broadcasting Code 2008

October 2008

Programmes broadcast prior to 16 December 2009 are covered by the 2005 Broadcasting Code which came into effect on 25 July 2005 (with the exception of Rule 10.17 which came into effect on 1 July 2005). Programmes broadcast on or after 16 December 2009 are covered by the Ofcom Broadcasting Code (2009) which can be found at http://www.ofcom.org.uk/tv/ifi/codes/bcode/. The 2009 Code Guidance can be found at http://www.ofcom.org.uk/tv/ifi/guidance/bguidance/.
