The Ofcom Broadcasting Code
December 2010
The December 2010 version of the Ofcom Broadcasting Code ("the Code"), which took effect on 20 December 2010, covered all programmes broadcast between 20 December 2010 and 27 February 2011. The latest version of the Broadcasting Code, which took effect on 28 February 2011, can be found here.
Note: Programmes broadcast prior to 20 December 2010 are covered by the version of the Code that was in force at the time.
