Royal Mail – roll out of Delivery to Neighbour scheme

Important update on Ofcom's consultation on whether to allow Royal Mail to roll out its 'delivery to neighbour' scheme across the UK.
Due to a technical problem, some consultation responses submitted to Ofcom via the web form on the Ofcom website were not received. Therefore, we have extended the consultation period and ask all respondents to resubmit their responses to Ofcom promptly.
The consultation now closes on 12 September 2012. Ofcom apologises for this error.
