Advertising Complaints Bulletin

Advertising Bulletins published by Ofcom prior to the transfer of responsibilities to the Advertising Standards Authority on 01|11|04.

From 01 November 2004 complaints about advertising on television and radio have been dealt with by the Advertising Standards Authority rather than Ofcom.  The ASA enforces the existing Advertising Standards Codes which Ofcom applies to television and radio broadcasting.
