Review of retail cost attributions for NTS retail uplift
Independent consultants Analysys and Brand Finance have undertaken a study on the retail costs, such as billing and marketing, that it is appropriate for BT to include in the NTS retail uplift charge. Oftel is not seeking comments on these reports now, but is making them available so that industry has the opportunity to consider them ahead of Ofcom's consultation on the NTS retail uplift next year.
