Postal Services
On 1 October 2011, Ofcom officially took over regulation of the UK’s postal services from the previous regulator Postcomm. Ofcom is responsible for safeguarding the UK’s Universal Service Obligation on postal services. You can find all Ofcom publications on post as well as archived material from Postcomm in this section.
